I’m Ken Appiah, the Chief Executive of the New Statesman Media Group and the New Statesman.

I am proud to lead an organisation which produces market leading products for diverse audiences including senior decision makers across multiple sectors, media and technology leaders, high-net-worth individuals, asset managers, government officials and many more. Through our different products we are able to tell stories about how the world is changing for the people delivering that change. The New Statesman is the leading progressive political and cultural magazine and website in the United Kingdom. Established as a weekly review of politics and literature in 1913, The New Statesman is celebrated for its progressive and liberal politics and the quality of its journalism and analysis. We especially value independence of thought, scepticism, criticism, and a willingness to debate.
